On our tailor-made tours we base your itinerary on your wishes and we always include all transportation, activities, fees and taxes, guides, accommodation, snacks, meals and drinks. Food is very important for us and a wonderful way to understand a culture, so we always encourage you to try and taste and make sure that main meals are covered. Your tour host makes sure that you are full and happy and if there is anything you need, please know that you can always let your tour host know while on tour.

Send us a non-binding request and let us know what you wish for, using the form below.

STEP 2: WE CURATE FOR YOU
We will contact you within 24-48 hrs after receiving your non-binding request and confirm receipt. We will now curate 2 options for you matching your wishes and requirements with our travel host of the country you would like to travel to and contact you within 1 week. Once we have finished the itineraries, we will send you these 2 options for you to choose.

STEP 3: YOU CHOOSE THE OPTION THAT MATCHES YOUR WISHES BEST
Let us know within 2 weeks after receiving our itinerary options which one you would like to book and we will go ahead with
Would you like to amend the itineraries option? Let us know, we're more than happy to amend it so it is the perfect holiday match for you.

STEP 3: NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT APPLIES NOW
Once you have decided on an itinerary option and have given us the "go", we will send you a confirmation, an invoice for the EUR 500 non-refundable deposit per person + EUR 100 service fee for your tour (not per person). You'll find attached an invoice for 50% of the trip price per person due 2 weeks after receiving the invoice. We will also send you a Welcome Package via email.

STEP 4: THE REST BALANCE OF TRIP IS DUE
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to scheduled trip start.

Our small group tours are hosted by our tour host and we follow a curated itinerary, that we have crafted with our tour host and we offer our small group tours at scheduled dates. These are perfect for solo travellers who wish to travel in company of others, accompanied by your tour host.

Our tailor-made tours are perfect for travellers who wish to travel on their own schedule and with a group of their choice (with partner, family or friends or solo), accompanied by your tour host. We custom-make the perfect tour and itinerary based on your wishes, requirements, dates and duration.
